Booking and Payments

Service Fees: our service fees are clearly stated on our "Services" page. By booking a service, you agree to pay the applicable fee.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Interac, Paypal (Julie Tristant lumosoracle) or Cash.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

To secure your spot, a deposit is required when booking a session. This ensures your commitment and helps prevent last-minute cancellations, which can disrupt the sacred flow of our practice.

Cancellation policy: you can cancel and/or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be refunded.

Last minute cancellations are seen as a sign of disrespect to the energies at play and the community of seekers and will result in the loss of your deposit. Please honor the time and energy we devote to your spiritual journey.

If a seeker arrives late for their scheduled tarot reading, the payment will be due from the original start time, regardless of the actual start time of the session. Please plan to arrive on time to make the most of your reading.

 

​For group readings: a deposit will be required, and full payment of the event must be made before or on the same day as the event.The client may cancel or reschedule the event up to 4 days before the established date without any charges. Within 4 days, cancellation will result in the full payment of the invoice.

Prices for my products and services are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on my website are quoted in Canadian Dollar. (CAD)
